Luckily there are some things we can all do to improve our sleep.

First, you should get a minimum of 6 hours per night.

Second, make sure to turn off all your personal electronics like phones and computers at least a couple hours before bedtime, or else your brain will be overstimulated, and you’ll have trouble falling asleep.
