Do you ever feel tired? Well sure, most people do, but lack of sleep is nothing to shrug off.

Luckily there are some things we can all do to improve our sleep.
First, you should get a minimum of 6 hours per night.
Second, make sure to turn off all your personal electronics like phones and computers at least a couple hours before bedtime, or else your brain will be overstimulated, and you’ll have trouble falling asleep.
